    BPC-157 drew explicit FDA attention — placed in Category 2 of the interim compounding list in 2023 on safety-concern grounds, with its status evolving since. TB-500 has mostly stayed beneath formal review, which is obscurity, not endorsement.

    Both stories top out at the same place: no published controlled human trials. Every human-benefit claim for either compound is an extrapolation from animals, whatever the dosage calculators and stack guides imply.
